The Role
You will oversee admissions processes and attendance monitoring, working closely with pastoral leaders, external agencies and families.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing admissions, transitions and pupil movement
* Monitoring attendance data and identifying trends
* Supporting attendance improvement strategies
* Liaising with families and external agencies
* Producing reports for senior leaders and governors
