Responsibilities
* Spot check carers in the community and identify good practice.
* Identify and report training concerns back to the registered manager.
* Deliver high standards of care and assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC.
* Participate in the paid on‑call rota.
* Complete care assessments and write up care plans.
* Build relationships with care staff and service users.
* Assist the care coordinator with any duties that may be required.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC compliance (essential).
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
* Experience as a Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred).
* NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).
