Job Description
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.
* Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
* Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Monitor and track order statuses, providing updates to customers as needed.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
* Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate team members when necessary.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer service standards.
* Deliver excellent support to both new and existing customers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Support Advisor should have:
* Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software.
* A detail-oriented approach to work with excellent organisational skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a temporary role with minimal supervision.
* A positive attitude toward problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
