Specialist Teaching Assistant – Enterprise Projects
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to take a lead role in supporting our pupils through Enterprise Projects, including the management of our internal and external school café and brand new, state-of-the-art, bespoke ‘Airstream’ coffee trailer.
The successful candidate will be passionate about creating meaningful learning opportunities that develop pupils’ independence, employability, and life skills. You will work closely with teaching staff, external partners, and pupils to ensure that our Enterprise Projects are safe, purposeful, and inspiring.
This role would suit someone with experience in education, catering, hospitality, or enterprise, who enjoys working creatively to bring out the best in young people. To comply at all times with requirements of Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and the school’s Health and Safety policy statement.
