What You'll Do: Deliver person-centred care and daily living support Assist with communication, mobility, and rehabilitation activities Work within a structured MDT-led environment Promote dignity, safety, and independence Maintain accurate care records Essential Requirements: Up-to-date Mandatory Training Valid PMVA certificate Oliver McGowan Tier 1 & 2 Proof of immunisations (Varicella, MMR, TB, Hep B) Previous healthcare/hospital experience Strong communication & teamwork Flexible with shifts Desirable: Experience with ABI, neurological conditions, or behaviours that challenge Compliance: Role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and reference verification.
