Sutton Coldfield Immediate start Are you a qualified Level 3 SEN TA looking for a new challenge in Birmingham? I am currently recruiting for a strong Teaching Assistant for a school in Sutton Coldfield This role will be supporting a child with behavioural issues in year 2, on full-time, one to one basis. This role is due to start immediately and could potentially last a full academic year for the successful candidate. Communication skills are important for all children. These skills help children express their needs and wants. When children can do this, it helps them with behaviour, learning and socialising. The school encompasses a nurturing environment where pupils are encouraged to lead their own learning. You will encourage this ethos through guided learning sessions and creative intervention.
