Responsibilities
4. Managing company correspondence, via phone calls and emails.
5. Answering incoming calls.
6. Data Entry & maintaining information on the system.
7. Responding to questions and requests for information.
8. Arranging appointments.
9. Scheduling work with the companies clients and tenants.
10. High level of customer service
11. High attention to detail with all correspondence.
