WANTED! An experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager required in the Wantage area to oversee Sales Office operations, generate new business, value properties, manage staff, and deliver excellent service while growing market share and profitability.
This is a senior position suited to a confident and personable property professional who can manage and develop the lettings business, lead a team, and build strong relationships with landlords while increasing instructions and overall performance.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day running of the sales department

- Winning new instructions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
