Using your warm and friendly personality your passion for delivering exceptional customer service will ensure our customers are given a memorable experience every time they stop with us. Your responsibilities will include; Welcoming and engaging with customers, sharing advice on products, suppliers, food matches and allergens. You will need to keep up to date with your product knowledge to deliver brilliant customer service Work alongside your colleagues and roll up your sleeves to ensure shelves are stocked, fixtures are cleaned and our displays are looking their best Display stock to our creative merchandising standards maintaining presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the day’s trade Complete the daily paperwork, ensure it is accurate and compliant with legal requirements; HACCP, product date management, allergens, be sure to escalate any concerns. About You No experience necessary although having worked in a retail environment previously would be an advantage. You must have a positive 'can do mindset, a passion for delivering great customer service and a willingness to learn about our products.
