Responsibilities of Chef de Partie
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen section
Assist in stock control, ordering, and wastage reduction
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards are strictly adhered to
About you
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a premium restaurant, hotel, or private members’ club
Strong technical skills and passion for fresh, quality ingredients
Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation
Calm, professional attitude under pressure
A strong team player with good communication skills
Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
