Practice & Project Information
This established practice delivers high‑end residential schemes, combining traditional design approaches with strong technical execution. Projects range from bespoke homes to detailed residential developments, with an emphasis on quality, craftsmanship, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver projects across all RIBA stages
* Produce detailed residential technical drawings and packages
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and wider project teams
* Contribute to design development and detailing
* Ensure compliance with UK planning and building regulations
* Attend meetings, site visits, and project reviews
Required Skills and Experience
* At least 3 years’ post‑qualification experience
* Strong experience in residential technical detailing
* Knowledge of UK planning, building regulations, and construction
* Ability to work independently and within teams
* Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
* Experience with ArchiCAD advantageous
