About the Role
The Supported Living Team Leader will oversee 4 services in Gloucester, managing daily operations and working with deputies and senior staff.
The role involves supervising a team, supporting individuals to be involved in their daily lives, promoting independence, choice, and community inclusion, always respecting the individual's home. We are committed to the REACH standards and principles of living a good life focused on choice, independence, and equal opportunity for those with learning disabilities and autism.
Role Requirements
· NVQ Level 4 or 5 Health & Social Care Diploma, Registered Managers Award, or equivalent
· Good knowledge of the Care Industry, regulations, and legislation
· Experience managing a delegated budget
· Experience leading, motivating, supervising, and managing team members, including deputy managers, seniors, and team leaders
