What you will be doing
As a qualified Nurse, you will ensure people with neurological conditions receive high-quality care, support your colleagues, and promote positive teamwork. The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, offering a good balance of routine and variety. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
2. Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
3. Providing mentorship and support to team members
4. Observing, recording, and reporting all service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided

Where you will be working
Location: Lower East Street, Middlehaven, Middlesbrough, TS2 1SW
You will work at The Bridge, a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide care and support for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain, and spinal cord injuries.
This service offers a home-from-home environment with en-suite accommodation, spacious communal areas, and dedicated therapy spaces, delivering truly person-centered care where each individual is at the heart of everything.
