Painter & Decorator (Temporary Contract) - Fife
We are currently recruiting for experienced and fully qualified Painters & Decorators to join a team working on a temporary contract across social housing properties throughout Fife.
The Role
* Carrying out internal and external painting and decorating works within occupied and void social housing properties.
* Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling, stripping, and priming.
* Applying paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to a high standard.
* Completing work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality and attention to detail.
* Working respectfully within tenants homes and providing excellent customer service.
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations and site procedures.
Requirements
* Fully qualified Painter & Decorator
* Previous experience working within domestic properties; social housing experience is desirable.
* Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques and materials.
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
* Own tools preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
