What We Offer
Salary: £13,066 rising to £13,221 (Full time equivalent £24,619 rising to £24,910 per year)
Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time – 22.5 hours per week, Term Time Only working, 36 + 2 weeks per year.
Year-Round Employment: No unpaid breaks

• Provide personalised academic and pastoral support to students
• Help learners develop study habits, organisational skills, and confidence
• Work closely with teaching teams to ensure students stay engaged and on track
• Support young people and adults with a range of needs in and out of the classroom
• Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
