What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Security Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing 24/7 security for Goodwood House and surrounding buildings
* Responding to alarms, incidents, and emergencies with professionalism and care
* Conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible security presence
* Monitoring CCTV and managing communications from the control room
* Supporting estate-wide operations, including events and emergency response
* Upholding the estate’s high standards and promoting our core values
This permanent full-time position involves a rotating shift pattern of 42 hours per week, consisting of two day shifts, two night shifts, followed by four days off.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
* 5+ years’ experiencein a professional security role (preferred)
* AnSIA Door Supervisor Licence(essential); Close Protection Licence (desirable)
* AFirst Aid at Work certificate(essential)
* A validmanual driving licence
* Strong communication, conflict management, and organisational skills
* A calm, proactive, and adaptable approach – especially under pressure
* A passion for delivering exceptional service with integrity and discretion
