The Opportunity
An outstanding opportunity to join a leading construction consultancy in Exeter, offering genuine progression to Associate level and beyond. This role is ideal for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate-level professional looking to take greater ownership of client relationships, project delivery and team leadership.
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of projects while contributing to business growth, mentoring junior staff and shaping commercial outcomes for high-profile clients.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:

Delivering full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
*
Managing projects from inception through to final account.
*
Cost planning, procurement advice and contract administration.
*
Preparing reports, budgets, forecasts and commercial strategies.
*
Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
*
Supporting and mentoring junior QS team members.
*
Contributing to business development and repeat client work.
About You
*
Strong experience in consultancy / client-side quantity surveying.
*
MRICS qualified or working toward chartership.
*
Confident managing projects independently and leading client meetings.
*
Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contract forms.
*
Commercially astute with excellent communication skills.
*
Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress to Associate level.
