2. Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / 1 In 3 Saturday Mornings 8am - 1pm

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Client's well-established dealership in the Stevenage area.
They are looking for an experienced individual to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing a first point of contact for enquiries within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.
Our Client is offering the successful Service Advisor:
5. £28,500 Basic Salary / £36,900 OTE
6. Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / 1 In 3 Saturday Mornings 8am - 1pm

8. Previous Automotive Main Dealer Service Advisor Experience Required
Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
9. Meet an greet customers in person
10. Booking customers in the diary
11. To match and exceed monthly sales targets
12. Paper work processing to brand guidelines
13. To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
What our Client expects of their Service Advisors:
14. Previous Service Advisor experience within the trade
15. Full UK Driving Licence
16. The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
17. Trade knowledge and Advisor skills
18. Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
19. An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
