Salary & Contract
* Starting from £30,000 per annum
* £3,000 car allowance + 10% bonus
* 12month fixedterm contract
* Fulltime, hybrid role

Key Responsibilities
This role will support approximately 15 sites across the South West London locality, providing a highquality, customerfocused estates service. Duties include:
* Supporting the delivery of hard and soft FM services across allocated sites
* Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and contractors
* Attending BUG meetings, customer appointments and resolving daytoday queries
* Coordinating and maintaining all site documentation, systems and compliance folders
* Ensuring visibility on sites and acting as a key point of contact
* Supporting the Estates Manager with reactive tasks and site-level coordination
* Completing mandatory rolespecific training and contributing to operational excellence
FM background is preferred but not essential we can teach the technical elements. What matters most is attitude, organisation and strong people skills.

Where You’ll Be
You will be supporting sites across Wandsworth, Wimbledon, Mitcham, Morden and Chessington.
This is a hybrid working role, and you will:
* Work two days per week at Wilson Hospital
* Carry out site visits across the district (morning or afternoon flexibility)
Because of the travel needed across the patch, a car and valid driving licence are essential.
