Taking care of overall Facility & Admin activities.
1. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks as per PPM schedule.
2. Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
3. Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
4. Monitor energy consumption readings.
5. Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical equipment.
6. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, wiring methods, and materials.
7. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tracks, and encoders.
8. Support production in a safe, customer-focused manner.
9. Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade work for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment like trolleys, cages, and carts.
10. Conduct regular checks of fire alarms and extinguishers.
11. Maintain, oil, and grease carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
12. Attend to regular electrical works.
13. Issue height work and hot work permits.
14. Handle minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
15. Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and RCA.
16. Update tools inventory.
17. Perform scheduled PPM maintenance.
18. Manage soft services activities such as pest control, housekeeping, and scrap & garbage disposal, including handling agency staff and shift management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Controls & Instrumentation with 2 years of experience.
