We’re currently recruiting full-time and part-time Care Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting service users across Godalming and Guildford.
📍 Work Locations
Guildford: Burpham, Jacobs Well, Merrow, Shalford, Chilworth, Albury, Gomshall, and Peasmarsh.
Godalming: Hambledon, Witley, Chiddingfold, Enton, Wormley, Milford, Elstead, and parts of Brook.
đź’· Pay & Benefits
1. Weekdays (Mon–Fri): £14.50 per hour
2. Saturday: ÂŁ14.70 per hour
3. Sunday: ÂŁ15.00 per hour
4. Mileage Allowance: ÂŁ0.30 per mile
⏰ Shift Patterns
We operate 7 days a week and offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:
5. Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
6. Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job Description

You’ll deliver essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first:
9. Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
10. Medication support (preparation and administration)
11. Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
12. Mobility and equipment support
13. Light domestic tasks (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
14. Companionship and emotional support

Qualifications
