What you will do:
1. Provide direct support and intervention to young people, especially those who are vulnerable or disengaged.
2. Conduct assessments to inform personalised support plans for these young individuals.
3. Collaborate with families, schools, social care teams, and professionals to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the youth.
4. Prepare and present concise reports for meetings, reviews, and other professional forums.
5. Support group programmes and community-based initiatives aimed at developing life skills and promoting social inclusion.

7. Participate in a duty roster for occasional court duties.
