What You’ll Do

If TikTok trends, video shorts, and viral campaigns inspire you, you’ll love the chance to translate these into next‑level content that connects with hearts and minds. Your creativity and innovation will amplify Oracle’s presence, especially for GenO, one of the most exciting and inspiring communities for emerging talent.

From day one, you’ll have real responsibility and ownership—no coffee runs here. This is a fast‑paced environment where your ideas and contributions will drive campaigns and engage communities. But don’t worry; our team of experts will guide you every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop engaging videos, visuals, and written content to support sales campaigns, GenO initiatives, and OUG projects.
• Storytelling: Create narratives that resonate with both B2B and Gen Z audiences.
• Video Production: Produce high‑quality videos—from brainstorming concepts to editing the final cut.
• Image Editing: Use tools like Photoshop to craft stunning visuals and infographics that inspire action.
• Copywriting: Write snappy, persuasive copy for videos, emails, and web content.
• Content Management: Organize and maintain a library of digital assets to keep campaigns running smoothly.
• Community Engagement: Work closely with GenO participants and alumni to nurture this incredible talent community. Support and grow OUG, helping connect its members globally.
• Data and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and present data using reports to inform decisions and improve the impact of campaigns and community initiatives.
• Collaboration: Partner with sales and engagement teams to deliver content that drives real impact and meets business goals.
