This role is all about helping UK farmers succeed with a powerful, hardware-enabled software solution that changes how grazing, boundaries, and livestock management are handled. You’ll be the first full-time Customer Success hire in the UK and a key voice in shaping how we support farmers in the years ahead.
🤝 Your Role
* Onboard new customers and guide them through setup, training, and product adoption
* Act as the ongoing point of contact for farmers, building trust and long-term relationships
* Proactively check in with users to ensure they’re getting value and solving their challenges
* Troubleshoot issues using system data and support tools, with help from the product and tech teams
* Represent the company at demo days, customer meetings, and key events across the UK
* Feed back insights to the wider team and help shape the product roadmap
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* Experience in customer success, customer service, or commercial roles with strong relationship focus
* Farming background or a strong connection to rural life (cattle experience is a big plus)
* A calm and practical communicator who knows how to build trust quickly
* Comfortable working independently and remotely, with regular travel
* Able to understand and explain tech products in simple, clear language
* Valid UK driving licence required
🎁 What’s on Offer
* Competitive salary and travel expenses
* The chance to be part of something early and impactful
* A supportive team and low-hierarchy culture
* Learning across both customer success and broader commercial topics
* Regular travel to Norway and time spent with the product and engineering teams
