We're seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Planning team in Bracknell. Experience in Reading or the M4 corridor is beneficial as you will travel to visit clients in the home counties region. Occasional visits to the Bracknell office are required, but flexibility is offered.

Responsibilities
* Build and develop trusted relationships with current and potential clients
* Deliver financial planning and wealth management advice within agreed business plans
* Look after and support client needs, maintaining existing relationships and fostering new ones to minimise attrition and generate referrals
* Execute the annual Business Plan against individual targets
* Structure and lead client meetings professionally, ensuring advice is up to date, technically correct and meets clients’ needs
* Provide advice tailored to each client, considering retirement planning, inheritance and tax efficiency
* Conduct annual client reviews in line with changing risk attitudes and strategic requirements
* Partner with Investment Management and Professional Services to develop client relationships
* Build and maintain professional adviser relationships (COIs)
* Maintain the New Business Pipeline, ensuring all key data is current
* Keep comprehensive client records accurate and up to date, in line with Group policy
* Strive for no complaints, escalating any received to the Client Resolution team promptly
* Maintain and develop knowledge and skills through CPD, holding a Level 4 or above qualification (aspiring Level 7)
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven ability to work with new and existing fee‑basis clients
* Clear communication of advice practices and processes
* Analytical skill to interpret client information and make suitable recommendations within a risk‑management framework
* Strong technical/product knowledge and ability to communicate holistic financial planning strategies and solutions
* Excellent client service ethic, ability to work under pressure and prioritise work
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of the risks and threats pertinent to a private client business
