Sales Account Manager - Job Description
We have an opening for an experienced Customer Service Account Manager to work for a successful, expanding and dynamic print, design and mailing company. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing client contact and communications, preparing job instructions to a high standard, using a variety of software systems.

Phase is a commercial printer based in Nottinghamshire on the Derbyshire border. Family run with extremely experienced staff, we are experts in the fields of direct mail, commercial print and carton printing.
Phase design and produce multi colour brochures, catalogues, cartons, posters, flyers, banners, POS, signage and much more to very high quality and tight deadlines. Printing to the highest standards that meet ISO colour control standards, that enables Phase to trading with an enviable portfolio of national customers: we strive to be the market leader.
The right individual will possess the following:-
* Have excellent and friendly communication skills and be able to communicate to clients primarily via phone but also email.
* Be competent with Microsoft windows 10/11, Word, Excel etc., file management and general PC maintenance.
* Conscientious, reliable with a positive outlook and team player
* Be able manage a desk efficiently through MS Teams, following up actions and ensure a good service to all our clients.
* Able to work to strict deadlines on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Good understanding sales environment
* Have the ability and enthusiasm to learn and take on this responsible and dynamic role whilst bringing new skills to the table.

Job Type:-
Appropriate system training and induction will be given to the right candidate.
Good rates of pay (negotiable and subject to experience) either full-time or part-time 5 days a week Monday to Friday.

Required experience:
* Minimum experience 2 years in a customer facing account management role.
Favoured experience: (Not essential)
* Working in the commercial Print or direct mail environments.
* Using MIS systems Like Tharstern's for customer management.
* Have a good understanding of print ready artwork requirement, this is an advantage though not essential.
Required licence or certification:
* Suitable transport to/from work is required
