Job Description Support Worker The Lighthouse, Stroud, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom Pay rate: £13.60 per hour Night shift - 21.30 - 07.30. Weekend work included The Lighthouse is a 5-bedded residential home for females aged 13-18. The Lighthouse provides a unique package of care and supports 24 hours a day and 365 days a year for young people within our care system. This provision is part of Priory's transitional living services for young people requiring support with risk taking behaviours offering the best possible care in their recovery journey. The Lighthouse is a large detached house near to Stroud Town Centre, We provide a high ratio of care, which enables a robust and proactive approach to risk management, whilst supporting people to engage with meaningful activity in the community.
