Infinite Management have an immediate vacancy for a Building Services Commissioning Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring building services systems are delivered, tested, and handed over in full compliance with the design intent, statutory standards, and client expectations on every project. Key Duties will include; Lead, manage and coordinate the full commissioning process for mechanical, electrical, and non-building services systems. Develop and implement commissioning plans, programmes, and procedures in line with project requirements and industry standards (e.g. CIBSE, BSRIA). Oversee the commissioning team and specialist contractors to ensure systems are tested, balanced, and documented correctly. Manage commissioning records, test results, and compliance documentation for inclusion in the commissioning test packs. Coordinate witness testing and client demonstrations, ensuring clear communication of system operation and maintenance. Support early-stage project reviews and provide Commissionability reports. Work collaboratively with design, construction, and client teams during soft landings, ensuring effective building familiarisation and seasonal commissioning. Identify and resolve commissioning issues, providing technical advice and guidance to project teams. Essential Criteria; Positive, Professional & Conscientious attitude to all tasks undertaken. Strong technical understanding of building services systems, controls, and integration between disciplines. Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple systems and interfaces. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in reviewing commissioning documentation, drawings, and technical submissions. Desirable Criteria; Proven experience in commissioning management of building services systems within the construction or consultancy environments. Knowledge of BSRIA Standards, CIBSE Commissioning Codes, and the Soft Landings Framework.
