About this role
We’ve got just the opportunity for you! Our amazing #TeamSunnybank in Aberdeen are now on the lookout for caring, compassionate and flexible colleagues to join them as Support Practitioners on a permanent (16-39 hours per week) basis.
You’ll become part of a friendly, dedicated, fun team who supports three gentlemen and one lady with complex learning and physical disabilities who live in their own shared home. The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same.
You’ll build a genuine relationship with each individual and be part of moments that really matter; whether it’s providing support to cook a meal, achieve a goal, try something new or just feel understood.
In addition to supporting the individuals with all aspects of their daily living, you’ll also support them with their hobbies and interests, including music, films, in‑house activities, going for walks, day trips, the cinema, swimming, discos and arts & crafts.
Being a Support Practitioner is more than just a job; there’s no better feeling than going home after every shift knowing that you’ve made a positive difference in someone’s life.
