Location: Oldbury, Birmingham B68
Daily Pay Rate: £(Apply online only) (paid to scale, dependant on experience)
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Start Date: 13/04/2026 (Summer Term)
Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm
We are looking for an experienced Preschool Lead to join a welcoming primary school in Oldbury for the Summer Term. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Early Years professional to take the lead in a preschool setting, creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the preschool provision within the school.
Plan and deliver engaging Early Years activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
Support children's social, emotional, and educational development.
Work closely with support staff to maintain a positive learning environment.
Track children's progress and contribute to assessments.
Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school team.
What We're Looking For:
Level 6 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (essential).
Previous experience working in Early Years or Preschool settings.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
Confident leading a small team and managing a classroom environment.
Passionate about supporting young children at the start of their education journey.
