Your Mission
1. Develop and Lead strategic projects with On's footwear manufacturing partners in south Vietnam, drive sustainable performance across the relevant partner accounts.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with factory top management teams, influencing management culture and promoting a premium-quality mindset.
3. Lead and inspire the team to achieve objectives while fostering the career growth and potential of each team member.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (development, commercialization, quality, production planning, materials, sustainability) and T1/T2 suppliers to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks and the implementation of On's standards at the factory level.
5. Manage and monitor factory production capacity to align with On's volume growth, proactively mitigating potential risks and bottlenecks.
6. Oversee product development to enhance efficiency, align engineering with design and premium quality standards, and ensure timely readiness for purchase while meeting all necessary conditions and requirements.
7. Oversee the commercialization process to ensure aesthetic appeal, fit, functionality, and production feasibility, while supporting the costing team to achieve target pricing.
8. Lead production planning efforts, working closely with HQ supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders and shorter lead times.
9. Oversee production and quality processes to ensure all production activities are optimized and that every pair of On shoes meets the highest industry standards.
10. Promote and implement best practices, ensuring cohesive communication and consistency across teams.
Your Story
1. You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for differentiation, and a natural drive for excellence.
2. You have over 10 years of experience in footwear sourcing or manufacturing, gained across in-house and/or OEM environments for high-performance products.
3. You possess extensive expertise in implementing automation within production processes.
4. As an experienced team leader, you excel at leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
5. You thrive in complex reporting structures and are highly collaborative, working effectively across functions and teams.
6. This position is based in HCMC and involves frequent travel to Zurich. Our working language is English.
