Job Description
Customer Supply Chain Export Analyst, Camberley
3. Coordinate export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
4. French language skills are very useful but not essentialSAP experience is highly desirable along with a strong level of Excel
5. Accountable for all aspects of admin tasks for Export Markets; managing sales orders in the system, Export shipments and documentation.
6. To work with other members of the Export Team and lead to provide outstanding service to all distributors within a specific region.
7. To professionally manage stock allocations, liaison with Supply, Logistics, inspection companies, and communication to other internal and external stakeholders.
8. Monitor and manage supply chain processes, including order processing and fulfilment.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain inventory levels and forecast demand.
10. Prepare and maintain export documentation for customs clearance.
11. Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
12. Support the team in achieving key performance indicators related to customer service.
13. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and logistics partners.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Supply Chain Export Analyst should have:

16. Good experience or of 'order to cash' / order processing
17. Experience in export operations within a international matrix management, business
18. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs processes.
19. Proficiency in supply chain management systems and software.

21. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
22. An eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
