Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as aHead CheforSenior Sous Chefin ahigh-volume, quality-focused environment
* A strong background inwedding and event catering—you know how to deliver under pressure and exceed expectations
* A track record ofleading, training, and motivating kitchen teamsto deliver consistently high standards
* Financially astute, with experience in managing food costs, GP, stock control, and supplier relationships
* Excellentcoaching, delegation, and leadership skills—you lead by example and bring out the best in others
* Highlyorganised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, even during peak service
* Anempathetic and effective communicatorwith a collaborative, solution-focused mindset
* Strongmenu development, planning, and critical reasoningskills
* Able towork 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and evenings as required by the operation
