Call Centre Operative (No Cold Calling)
Location: Tamworth
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday | 37.5 hours per week
Shifts (rotating weekly):
* 08:00 - 16:00
* 09:00 - 17:00
* 10:00 - 18:00
The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for Call Centre Operatives to join a leading vehicle glass repair and replacement specialist. This is a 12-week assignment with full training provided and no previous experience required.
Job Role
* Handling inbound calls from customers (no cold calling)
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries
* Liaising with engineers via phone and email
* Ensuring jobs are managed efficiently from start to finish
* Supporting with general admin duties including filing, copying, and data entry
* Using Microsoft Word and Excel
Requirements
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Basic IT skills (Word and Excel)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable and professional approach
