So what’s the mission? As a passionate and customer-focused people leader, you will lead a team of eight Customer Service Advisors to deliver a world-class service to all Marshalls Bricks and Masonry customers through our multi-channel contact centre. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working closely with external Sales, Planning, Logistics, Operations and Technical teams to ensure both, customer and business goals are achieved. You’ll continue to develop and drive a continuous improvement culture by maximising efficiencies and minimising customer complaints by setting clear objectives, reporting and monitoring core service KPI’s whilst providing support to your team through one to one coaching, mentoring, encouragement and empowering a positive and can-do culture! We’re looking for a strong leader to continue engaging the ‘hearts and minds’ of the company’s employees through open and honest communication whilst ensuring that any issues are dealt with quickly, effectively and in line with the company’s policies and procedures. It would be beneficial for you to have an understanding of basic employment law although this isn’t a deal-breaker, as we’ll provide you with the necessary training! What will you need to bring with you on this mission? Experience in leading teams within a customer service or sales environment Experience of coaching, mentoring or training others.
