Join our team as a Chef de Partie, based in central Brighton, paying £15.33 per hour. A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie or a Commis Chef looking to take the next step in their career.
As a talented and passionate Chef de Partie you'll be joining our Staff Dining team. This is a full-time role offering an excellent work-life balance, with Monday to Friday shifts and no evening work, ideal for chefs seeking stability in a professional kitchen environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality food for staff dining
* Working across hospitality services to ensure variety and skill development
* Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
* Ensuring food safety, hygiene and compliance at all times
* Supporting the wider kitchen team in daily operations
What you'll be doing:
* Experienced Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
* Passionate about fresh, seasonal food and high standards
* A reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Well organised and able to perform consistently in a busy kitchen
