The Role
As a Client Sales Executive, you will engage with existing clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Citation’s services can support their success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement: Connect with clients to understand challenges and recommend solutions.
2. Relationship Building: Develop trusted relationships, becoming a go-to advisor.
3. Solution Selling: Present Citation’s services as valuable solutions.
4. Objection Handling: Address concerns professionally and confidently.
5. Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads via CRM tools.
6. Collaborative Success: Work with internal teams to achieve client and company goals.
