Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents, aligning with their individual needs and preferences.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
- Uphold compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of experienced care staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and the local community.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of a variety of activities and outings, supporting residents in pursuing hobbies and interests.
- Coordinate respite care services, facilitating planned or emergency short-stays.
