The role
The assistant store manager is our brand ambassador, responsible for the daily operational running of the store. Reporting to the store manager, you will support them in ensuring the store's commercial success and managing operational aspects of a high-performing store.
What to expect from the role
* Supporting, coaching, and motivating the in-store team to achieve targets while exemplifying exceptional Pandora customer service
* Focusing on retail operations, including stock control, store procedures, team organization, security, rotas, and sales performance tracking
* Managing the store's successful operation in the absence of the store manager
* Maintaining a strong retail floor presence, influencing sales space, and managing team presence around the store
* Training thoroughly in our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert and supporting team development
The successful candidate
Our assistant store managers are brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate is a capable leader and passionate team player, confident in supporting their team to deliver an unforgettable Pandora experience.
Experience with leading brands or consumer product retailing is preferred. We seek individuals who demonstrate our core values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
