Divisional Medical Director - Older Adults, Specialist and Children's Services
You will ensure the provision of high quality, efficient and effective services across the division. It will be your responsibility, in conjunction with leadership colleagues, to ensure the division delivers the Trust Strategy and enabling plans within the division and its care groups.
Clinical Director - Working Age Adults Community and Assessment Care Group
You will provide medical leadership through a triumvirate leadership model to your care group and work collaboratively to improve quality, productivity and efficiency. You will work closely with the other care group leaders to realise the vision, values and strategic objectives of the Trust.

Main Duties
As a clinical leader you will be involved in shaping and developing the service, grow and enhance your skills as a clinician and develop evidence‑based innovative practices.
The Consultant’s role is to provide consultant and Approved Clinician responsibility for all patients on Willow Ward. This includes:
* Prompt and comprehensive assessment of admissions
* Diagnosis and treatment of patients
* Regular review of patients
* Proper administration of the Mental Health Act for detained patients, preparing tribunal reports and attending tribunals
* Delegation, organisation and supervision of junior medical staff

Job Responsibilities

Person Specification
Essential
* MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.
* Fully registered with GMC with licence.
* Approved clinician status.
* Excellent knowledge of speciality.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
* Ability to meet duties under MHA and MCA.
* Ability to work in and lead a team.
* Experience of research and service provision.
