Deputy General Manager
Caledonian is looking for exceptional individuals aspiring to excel in the hospitality industry operating all year-round.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, assisting the General Manager in overseeing the operation of the property to ensure total guest satisfaction.
* Support all departments in delivering high standards consistently.
* Ensure all staff are consistently motivated and engaged to deliver excellent customer service.
* Implement strategies to maximise revenue in all departments.
* Ensure compliance with brand standards in all departments.
* Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with all head of departments.
About you
* Previous experience in a managerial role within the hotel industry, preferably in front office operations
* Previous experience of managing a team of 20+ colleagues.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Have excellent customer service skills.
* Demonstrate a can-do attitude.
* Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
* Have excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to colleagues and customers.
* Ability to work in a team.
* Ability to work a flexible shift pattern.
