SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students across KS3, KS4, and KS5. Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide one-to-one support and group support within the classroom, adapting to the needs of students with varying special educational requirements.
* Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to enhance the learning and development of students.
* Monitor and support the progress of students, providing feedback and assistance to ensure they achieve their full potential.
* Utilise appropriate resources to provide effective support.
* Maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for all students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within an SEN setting.
* Understanding of the educational needs and challenges faced by students in KS3, KS4, and KS5.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A patient, caring, and professional demeanor.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
