Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Solihull Basic Salary: up to £32,000 OTE: £35,500 We’re working with a well-known, well-established Estate Agent in Solihull who are looking to bring on board a Sales Manager to lead their successful team. The Role: As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing, motivating, and managing the sales team, including both Sales Negotiators and Sales Progressors. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining the excellent standards this company is known for. Day-to-day duties will include: Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve results Coaching and developing staff to reach their full potential Monitoring sales performance and implementing improvements where needed Supporting Sales Negotiators and Progressors with their caseloads Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at every stage Working closely with management to help grow and maintain the company’s strong market presence The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a management or senior sales role within estate agency A natural leader who can motivate and inspire others Strong knowledge of the sales process from valuation through to completion Confident, professional, and personable with both staff and clients Able to work under pressure and drive results What’s on offer: Basic salary up to £32,000 On Target Earnings of £35,500 Monday to Friday working hours with weekend availability A chance to join a highly regarded, reputable company Support from a welcoming and friendly team This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a management role with a business that values its people and invests in their success
