Job Title: House Manager
Location: Frys Court, Oxford
Salary: £14,054 - £16,918 (dependent on experience and mileage only)
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: 20 hours across 3 days
About the Role
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality holistic housing services across GreenSquareAccord extra care accommodation, including managing compliance with health and safety legislation.
* Collaborate with housing, maintenance, and other GreenSquareAccord staff, as well as external care providers, to help residents achieve independence and a positive quality of life, and to enhance community environments within schemes.
* Assist in the overall management of services within GreenSquareAccord extra care housing.
* Provide excellent Housing Management services to all GreenSquareAccord customers, including managing income, arrears, voids, lettings, and general housing management issues.

About You
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels.
* Experience working in stressful environments, including diffusing, mediating, and calming difficult or distressed individuals.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* High level of IT skills, particularly with housing management information systems.
* Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks successfully with timeliness and accuracy.
* Experience working with vulnerable populations in housing or supported housing settings is desirable.
* Car driver with access to a vehicle.
