* Required Hours: Saturday (9am-5pm) or Sunday (9am-5pm). Additional hours available.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide direct support to clients with mental health issues, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, and medication management
* Facilitate and encourage participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities
* Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with clients and the care team
* Build trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe and supportive environment
* Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress
* Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines related to mental health support and safeguarding
* Promote client independence and empowerment through skill development and advocacy.

* A relevant qualification or experience in a similar role is desirable
