Amazon is seeking a visionary leader to revolutionize how we support brands aiming to grow on Amazon through Amazon Vendor Services, a growth enablement service for top vendors. This role requires a highly effective Product Manager and People Manager with a passion for:
1. Identifying vendor needs and understanding the competitive landscape;
2. Designing and launching services that delight vendors;
3. Leveraging the latest technology and science to transform customer engagement.
You will define both short-term and long-term strategies to enhance the vendor experience and execute these strategies effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional partners—including business, product, operations, and technology—is essential to:
1. Map out pain points in the end-to-end vendor experience;
2. Benchmark external services and identify sources of competitiveness;
3. Identify opportunities and develop the paid service product roadmap;
4. Influence business and tech partners to build scalable capabilities;
5. Improve service delivery models for scalability;
6. Measure, inspect, and improve performance metrics.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and launching new services/products in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity. You are resourceful, scalable-minded, a strong leader, analytical, data-driven, and effective at prioritization, communication, and team management. You balance innovative thinking with a customer-centric, quality, and financial focus, demonstrating success in maintaining this balance.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Understand vendor pain points through voice of customer mechanisms;
2. Define strategy and roadmap for paid services based on vendor feedback and benchmarks;
3. Conduct strategy reviews with country leadership for feedback and alignment;
4. Lead program reviews with retail leadership;
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to address gaps and conflicts;
6. Manage P&L for paid services, including budgeting;
7. Lead a team of product managers.

Minimum Qualifications
* 10+ years in product or program management, marketing, business development, or technology;
* 10+ years of team management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA;
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related fields;
* Experience with roadmap strategy and definition;
* Experience managing teams of 6 or more;
* Experience engaging with and influencing senior executives;
* Experience owning technology products.
