Requirements About the role Due to our continued success and rapid growth, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven
Sales Account Manager
to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise clients, driving
revenue growth, and delivering best-in-class client experiences.
Responsibilities include
Manage a portfolio of 30-40 client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Lead end-to-end renewal processes while identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Conduct regular meetings with high-profile brands, both virtually and in person, to maintain strong relationships and uncover growth potential.
Develop and deliver strategic proposals and campaign plans tailored to client goals, market trends, and performance data.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and a seamless client experience.
About You We'd really like to hear from you if you have:
A proven track record in account management, including renewals, negotiations, and upsell strategies.
Experience working with mid-market to enterprise clients across diverse industries.
Strong relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset focused on long-term growth and retention.
A results-oriented approach with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
The ability to leverage sales insights, data, and analytics to optimize performance and decision-making.
