Business Development Manager (MSP)
Manchester (Hybrid 2 Days Onsite)
£40,000 - £50,000 Basic + uncapped commission
Oscar Sales have partnered with a well established Manchester based MSP with over 25 years' experience delivering Infrastructure, Cloud, Hosting, Support and Professional Services. The business is in a strong growth phase heading into 2026 and is now looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate new logo acquisition while expanding revenue within existing accounts.
This role can be weighted towards Managed Services or Digital Transformation depending on your background. You will be given autonomy to shape deals, influence go to market strategy, and directly impact growth within a business that combines the scale of a larger provider with the agility of a mid-sized organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive new logo acquisition across Managed Services, Professional Services and CSP
2. Identify service opportunities through vendor and hardware software partner relationships
3. Own the full sales cycle from qualification through to close
4. Lead presales engagement alongside internal technical teams to scope and build solutions
5. Sell Microsoft, VMware, Veeam and SentinelOne licensing with a strong focus on Microsoft
