Administer medication (after training) and manage any medical emergencies. Take part in regular training and professional development to enhance your skills. What They're Looking For: Experience working with people, either professionally or personally-particularly those with disabilities or additional needs. Patience, understanding, and a calm approach when dealing with challenging behaviour. A willingness to assist with personal care, ensuring learners maintain dignity and hygiene. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with learners, staff, and families. Good communication skills and the ability to follow learner care plans.
