Receptionist role for a US Law Firm, Monday to Friday, 11:00 - 19:00 (beat the rush hour), salary up to £43,000 based on experience in stunning offices in a prime London location.
Are you a polished, professional, and proactive individual with a passion for client service? They are seeking a receptionist to be the welcoming face of our respected law firm.
About the Role: As our receptionist, you'll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and colleagues. You'll manage front-of-house duties with efficiency and warmth, ensuring our reception area reflects the high standards of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a professional, warm, and polished welcome to all external guests and employees.
Ensure visitors are promptly directed to the appropriate location, and hosts are notified in a timely manner.
Act as the first point of contact for all office-related visitor enquiries, including meeting logistics, photocopying, and wayfinding.
Coordinate and allocate office space for overseas visitors and maintain an accurate weekly visitor schedule.
Required Skills and Attributes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work overtime from time to time.
Outstanding verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
Exceptional organisational skills with strong follow-up and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Sound judgment and strong problem-solving capabilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
